Manufacture of hydraulic support
Fitting hydraulic support KPHS-1Т, hereinafter referred to as “support”, is intended for mechanization of processes of side rock maintenance and roof control by ways of a full collapse or smooth lowering, and also for conveyor movement on a face and self-moving in the place with fastening of bottom-hole space by individual props at working out of flat coal seams by capacity 0,6-2,0 m. This support is an analogue of hydraulic support ”Sputnik”, and has a number of the following advantages, such as: increased resistance to mountain pressure, detachable design of the prop and skidding box, which simplifies the maintenance of the prop during its operation and repair.

Face package KPHS-1T consists of linear sections of the same type, which include a fitting prop with a detachable base and a jack with an advancing ram and a control block, hydraulic mains (pressure and power ones). A set of additional details and technical documentation is supplied along with each face package of supports.
Support KPHS-1T is a fitting hydraulic support of constant resistance with a mechanized withdrawal of props from the load, their movement and extension. At the same time a supporter serves as an effective means of transportation of the face conveyor.
The hydraulic system of a support is constantly closed with the centralized supply by working liquid - water-oil emulsion with 2,5-3,0% of concentrate of hydraulic fluid FMI - RZh or other, not inferior to it in quality.
Support KPHS-1T can be used with the following equipment:
- narrow-cut shearers, such as UKD200-250, UKD200-500, KА200 and others having grab iron of 0,8 m;
- scraper bending conveyors of type SP250, SP26U or others having a length of a grid 1,5 m;
- located individual props, as a rule, hydraulic with the closed hydraulic system or hydraulic props of external supply.
Support KPHS-1T should be used in a longwall, where the use of powered support is economically inexpedient because of the short length of the extraction fields, lack of transport, air and other mining conditions that limit the load on the bottomhole, thus:
- roof rocks must be able to control by the method of complete collapse or smooth lowering;
- the stability of the direct roof should ensure the organization of cleaning operations according to the narrow-capture scheme with a propless located space of 1.2-1.5 m wide.
Support KPHS-1T is a part of the face equipment with an individual support, which includes a narrow-capture combine with a width of 0.8 m, a mobile scraper conveyor, local hydraulic props or friction props.
Supports are available in four versions, depending on the recommended area of application in terms of formation power. Limits of application in terms of formation power of each size and version are shown in Table 2.
