Heat treatment of steel is the best way to improve its properties.
Heat treatment of metals is the process of processing products made of metals and alloys by means of thermal influence in order to change their structure and properties in a given direction. Heat treatment is used either as an intermediate operation to improve the processing of pressure, cutting, or as the final operation of the technological process that provides a given level of product properties.
The equipment for heat treatment available at our company, as well as the presence of qualified specialists, allows to achieve accurate, given parameters of hardening of parts.
Types of heat treatment, which are produced at our company:
- volume hardening;
- annealing.
The equipment for hardening:
Electric resistance chamber furnace SNO 70/1100 I4А /СНО 70/1100 И4А/, the same item – SNO 3,5.5.4 / 11I4А /СНО 3,5.5.4 / 11И4А/, is designed for work with various materials and various types of heat treatment at temperatures up to 1100 ° C, in stationary conditions; SSHO-8.13/12-19/2 /СШО-8.13/12-19/2/- up to 1200 ° C.
