Our enterprise has horizontal boring machines 2A620 and 2A622 with spindle diameter up to 110 mm, with fixed front prop and rotary table. These machines are designed for cantilever machining of various large body parts weighing up to 4000 kg with precise holes, whose axes are connected with each other by precise dimensions.

The machines are equipped with a fixed front prop and an integrated rotary table with longitudinal and lateral movement in relation to the spindle axis. The machines can be used for drilling, countersinking, boring and reaming precise holes according certain data, milling and tapping threads. The design of the machines allows milling along an octagonal pattern with two feeds: transverse - table and vertical - spindle headstock, as well as milling with a circular table feed.
